Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
*Please not that this delay may vary depending on the watches we have in stock and the time it takes for them to be available if they are still in creation or on waiting list.
Shipping is free worldwide (no country restrictions) and we take care of import fees/taxes for all countries.
Deliveries are made from 9 to 5 on working days. We will contact you via e-mail to notify you on the day of our arrival or by e-mail.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bluelakewatches.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@bluelakewatches.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Check out our return and refund policy for more information.
