Why did you change your name from Behrens Europe to Blue Lake Watches?

At the beginning of 2025, we rebranded to Blue Lake Watches to reflect a new chapter for our company. Our goal is to expand our offerings beyond Behrens and introduce more exceptional independent watch brands. Keeping the name "Behrens Europe" would have limited us to only selling Behrens timepieces.
We are now an official distributor of Konstantin Chaykin, with more prestigious brands coming soon. However, we remain an official Behrens distributor, and our partnership with the brand remains unchanged.


Are all the watches on Blue Lake Watches brand new?

Yes, absolutely. Since we are official distributors, all watches sold on Blue Lake Watches are 100% brand new and come directly from the manufacturers.


Why are some of your watches priced higher than other stores?

Our pricing includes free worldwide shipping, import duties, and taxes—meaning there are no hidden costs when your watch arrives. The price you see is the final price you pay. If you are ever charged additional fees upon delivery, simply provide us with proof of payment, and we will fully refund you.


Do you have a physical store where I can purchase a watch?

No, we operate exclusively as an online retailer to keep our prices competitive and offer a seamless buying experience. However, if you prefer to complete your purchase in person, we can arrange a private viewing and transaction in Switzerland with our team.


Are the watches covered under warranty?

Yes, all watches come with an official manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years, depending on the brand. If you experience any issues during this period, simply email us at info@bluelakewatches.com. After verification, we will coordinate directly with the brand to repair, replace, or refund your watch as necessary.


Where do you ship, and from where?

We offer worldwide shipping with no country restrictions.

Watches are shipped from our stock in Switzerland or directly from the brand's stock.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the watch’s availability:
In-stock watches: Delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Pre-orders or waitlisted watches: Estimated delivery time is mentioned on the product page.

Is shipping insured?

Yes, all shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind. 

Orders from our Swiss stock are shipped via FedEx, fully insured and orders shipped directly from the brand's stock (example Behrens) are handled by SF Express (in partnership with UPS) and are also fully insured.
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy after you receive your watch.

If the watch arrives damaged or if you’re simply not satisfied, you can request a return.

To initiate a return, email us at info@bluelakewatches.com with your order details.

Refunds will be processed within:
Up to 5 business days for credit card payments.
Less than 2 business days for bank transfers.


What payment methods do you accept, and is my payment secure?

We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards – Processed securely via Shopify Payments powered by Stripe, one of the most trusted and secure payment processors globally (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant).
Bank Transfers – Accepted in CHF, EUR, and USD.
